Addiction Recovery for Body, Mind and Spirit

Duke City Recovery Toolbox in Albuquerque, New Mexico is more than a methadone clinic. Yes, we offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependency and alcohol and other drug addictions, but we do more.

A personalized addiction recovery treatment plan is developed for every participant, and our doctors and therapists regularly assess your progress to make adjustments to meet your changing needs. Every participant at Duke City Recovery Toolbox is treated with dignity and respect. Many of our staff have faced challenges similar to yours, so we really know how hard recovery can be and how much courage it has already taken to even read this page. We are here to help.

The first step to starting addiction recovery services is to complete an intake appointment. Intakes are scheduled Monday through Thursday starting at 5:00 am. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Thursday starting at 6:00 am. Eligible participants will receive medication the same day as their intake appointment. We offer evening dosing hours to better fit your schedule.

We Accept Insurance

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
