Responsibilities:  Patient Check-In, answer multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate department, respond to patient inquiries, collect payment, keep records for daily closing, communicate pertinent patient information to the designated departments and collect urine samples.

Positions Needed:  One Part-Time

Responsibilities:  Assist with all new employee prerequisites to ensure quality of personnel charts, to include but not limited to: State and Federal Documents, Applications/Forms, System log-in and Password set-up, Assignment of DCRT equipment, and ensures successful completion of Accreditation Now requirements pursuant to CARF standards. Will assist the HR Manager with conducting exit interviews for all employees prior to resignation. Aid in preparation for personnel auditing. Assist with verification of all licensures throughout the agency, to include quarterly review that all state licensed personnel are up to date and in good standing. Assists the HR Manager with performance measures and assists with quarterly reports.
